The role
SSE is strengthening the focus on teaching and learning and is looking for a Project Manager for Pedagogy and Digital Learning who will play a key role in supporting the school in pedagogy aspects. In this role, one day is rarely the same as the next one. You will have a variety of tasks, including being highly involved in strategical projects and to carry out hands-on and operational responsibilities related to those. You will be responsible for turning ideas into practice related to strengthen pedagogy at SSE and offering operational support to faculty and staff. You will find and prioritize ideas together with the Head of Pedagogy.
Examples of work tasks:
- Project management, coordination of projects including being the leading force in getting information and people together.
- Set goals, plan, drive, execute and evaluate new ideas and practices.
- Liaising with different stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Handle various tasks related to strengthen pedagogy at SSE.
Your profile
Required experience/skills:
- Fluency in English, both written and oral
- Good digital skills
- Experience from an academic setting
- Higher education
- Experience from having worked in projects previously
If you have experience from pedagogy work or teaching experiences, that is a plus. It is also a plus if you have a Master of Science Degree and can communicate in Swedish.
You are a driven, fast learner who take initiative and drive processes forward. You are also a "doer" who are creative and autonomous and can turn ideas into practice. You are good communicator, are structured and have an interest in pedagogy. You are comfortable both discussing overall strategic issues, as well as doing hands-on work to make sure things work in practice. You are service-minded and enjoy helping people to do a good job.

This is a time limited position for approximately one year. The position may be extended. Please include your desired salary in your application.
