As a Project Manager, you will lead the implementation of a new Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system for Ericsson. You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from solution selection to delivery, ensuring the project meets business requirements and is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and cross-functional teams, to ensure a smooth implementation and successful adoption of the solution.
You will report to the project owner and work in a dynamic, global environment based in Stockholm.
This role is as a consultant via Adecco that is planned to start within immediate affect and will initially go on for 6 months. For the right candidate there are possibilities of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, covering timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
• Ensure the CLM solution meets Ericsson's business needs and aligns with strategic objectives.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget to guarantee successful project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Foster effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project.
• Collaborate with IT, procurement, and business teams to ensure smooth implementation.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with contracts.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
• Oversee solution testing and ensure successful completion of user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop training plans and ensure end-users are well-prepared to use the new CLM solution.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in leading large-scale IT projects. You have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your excellent communication and leadership skills enable you to engage stakeholders effectively and keep projects on track.
You also bring:
• Experience with contract lifecycle management solutions or similar technologies (e.g., procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
• Experience with vendor management, contract negotiation, and administration.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is an advantage.
