Location: Stockholm
Remote work allowed: Yes, 50%
Period from: 2025-02-07Period to: 2026-09-30

Requirements
• Project Planning: Clearly defining and documenting the project scope, objectives, roadmap, milestones and deliverables; creating and following up on a detailed project plan and schedule.
• Team Management: Building and leading the project team as needed by the project; engaging stakeholders in the organization to join the project when needed, managing steering co meetings,
• assigning tasks and responsibilities; fostering collaboration. Identifying and securing the resources, managing resource constraints to secure quality and timely delivery.
• Global coordination: Coordinate all activities and communications globally, with all regions and countries and "local" stakeholders, to secure consistent communication, common message, common escalation and resolution paths.
• Budget Management: Developing and maintaining the project budget; tracking expenditures and ensuring cost control. Monitoring costs for internal and external resources.
• Compliance: Secure that the project deliverables and actions are planned and managed in a way to secure timely compliance with local legislation.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicating regularly with stakeholders; providing project updates; managing expectations, engaging stakeholders with the project, emphasising on impact, importance, consequences, benefits.
• Project communication: Creating directly or through respective project members clear, consistent project communication to employees, managers, HR, general management,
• other internal stakeholders. Securing regular updates are made through appropriate channels. Engaging change and communication project teams timely to deliver quality communications. Plan for training sessions for all impacted groups. Coordinate and follow up on the content for union meetings.
• Progress Monitoring: Tracking project progress; measuring performance against the project plan; making adjustments as needed.
• Delivery management: Coordinate with all project team members the key deliveries management, setting clear expectations, communication, instructions and monitoring and following up on progress, securing that deliveries "happen" and are of the expected "high quality".
• Risk Management: Identifying and documenting potential risks; developing mitigation strategies; monitoring and addressing risks throughout the project lifecycle. Identifying roadblocks and proposing ways forward to overcome.
• Issue Resolution: Identifying and resolving project issues and conflicts; maintaining project momentum.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining project documentation; preparing regular status reports; documenting lessons learned.

• Attention to Detail: Ensuring that all project elements are thoroughly planned and executed; maintaining high-quality standards.
