Ericsson Supply Site in Kumla is globally responsible for predevelopment, industrialization and initial production of the next generation radio base stations.

Publiceringsdatum2011-01-26Dina arbetsuppgifterAs Project Manager for transfer projects you will manage multiple projects with the assignment to move production from one production site to another. You will be the interface between Ericsson Supply Site Kumla and other production sites around the world for your projects, both internally within Ericsson units and at production partners. In your team you will have members from production, test, business planning, production engineering, logistics and supplier quality assurance. In your role, you will also participate in or manage pre studies for regionalization.
Your responsibilities include set up and secure the supply chain, production from pre-series to volume production, set up and secure needed support systems, move and buy test and production equipment, educate personnel at the receiving site, support to receiving site during the project and hand over to local line organization.
The work includes traditional project management tasks such as planning and managing the project feasibility and execution phase including budget control and resource planning.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We believe that you, as an applicant to this appointment, have an academy background within technical or natural science, and have prior experience of working as a Project Manager. You should have high communication and cooperation skills, high quality awareness and possess a strong focus on targets and objectives. You have leadership talent and good skills in co-operation across organizational borders. You have the ability to coach a team of subproject managers and to manage several internal and external interfaces.
Good writing and verbal skills in Swedish as well as in English are a prerequisite since the work involves a lot of internal and external contacts with product development and maintenance teams and other manufacturing units.
