We are now recruiting experienced Project Managers for running new strategic development projects within the Sales Store division. You will focus on new initiatives and projects within our global OMNI strategy, where you will be a key player in shaping solutions from the very beginning. You will lead several initiatives in parallel and be our division Project Manager for pre-studies, investigations, proof of concepts and pilots that will be handed over for rollout/implementation to colleagues in the second phase.
Division Sales Store serves our stores with cutting edge services that simplify work and empower our staff to support our business at any given time around the world. Division Sales Store stands for a strong business understanding and we translate our customers' needs into a cost efficient, scalable IT-delivery.
We are looking for a person with great analytical, socializing and coordination skills. We believe that you easily communicate and network with stakeholders such as managers, senior architects and process experts. Your responsibility will be to manage the big picture but you also have a keen interest in understanding and clarifying the details when required to reach the overall goal. You will have a great level of independence in your role and we expect you to act with confidence in your leadership.

Your responsibilities
The job of a Project Manager at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Manage new strategic development projects and hold full responsibility for time plan, budget, project objectives and report to steering committees
• Initiate and together with contract management and other stakeholders drive procurement activities
• Stakeholder Management
• Lead Proof of Concept and test in our new Test Store
• Work closely with our IT solution vendors, business project managers and cooperate with other business areas within H&M IT such as Sales Online
• Manage high level business requirements and make sure they are detailed and developed by the different IT delivery teams
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.
And your skills include:
• Minimum 3 years of experience from IT Project Management
• Experience from cross organizational project management - working across multiple teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Experience from conducting pre-studies.
• Experience from working as a PM with larger IT systems like POS, ERP
• Knowledge of PPS or other project methodologies.
• Experience of retail is very beneficial
• You are self-driven and comfortable working closely with Business Managers, Enterprise architects, System Responsible and Business Analysts.
• Solid communication skills with great experience in conducting meetings and workshops as well as interacting with steering groups
• You have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.
• You can express yourself well in writing and orally in Swedish and English
The IT department is an important part of the company's business and carries out operations, software development and maintenance of the company's systems and business applications. Our goal is to supply as cost efficient IT solutions as possible in order to offer our customers "Fashion and quality at the best price in a sustainable way". The IT-department is located in Stockholm and Borås and conduct business virtually all over the globe. The H&M group includes in addition to H&M the brands COS, Monki, Weekday, Cheap Monday, & Other Stories and H&M Home. As an IT-department, we work with all brands.
