Husqvarna Group is looking for a Project Manager to join our Supply Chain Team in the Group Operations.

Your future challenge
This position is to manage and support project for the implementation of Supply Chain Planning tool. The role needs multi-disciplinary skills in IT, Operations Management, as well as experience of Project Management in a multi-divisional global organisation.
Your role
• Set up Project Management together with Senior Program Manager to allocate the tasks to global project team members and regularly follow up on status.
• Ensure implementation of a project governance structure that ensures the transfer of deliverables from completing Workstream to the receiving Workstream to ensure quick feedback.
• Provide regular status on project and project work streams to the steering team and stakeholders at regular intervals.
• Develop Communication Strategy to ensure timely communication to all key stakeholders, users and members of organisation.
• Develop Stakeholders Management Strategy to ensure are key stakeholders are engaged in the project and project fulfil the stakeholders expectations.
• Develop and support Change Management in the multi divisional global organisation in sense of ensuring the transitions from current state to future state.
• Provide input to the PMO and hold regular project planning sessions with the project team to ensure the project is progressing according to the project timeline.
• Individually leading different the project work streams as required in different phases of project to ensure the success and timely delivery.
Who you are
Education: Master's Degree in IT Project Management or Supply Chain
Years of Experience: 5 years of relevant experience
Desired Skills:
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects. High level of attention to detail needed.
• Strong planning, organization, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Effective communication skills and solid interpersonal skills
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Fluent English is required. Additional language (German, Chinese, or other languages) is an asset
