Engineering Excellence leads development of engineering capabilities in Tetra Pak to ensure world class products. We set the strategy, develop and drive the change. Our scope includes the areas of Engineering Capability development, Design Methods & Tools, Systems Engineering, Engineering Information Management and Package & Equipment Safety.
We are recruiting a Project Manager to drive Engineering Excellence activities, aiming at developing state-of-the-art engineering capabilities and product development. You will contribute from start to end; analyse our "as is" state, prioritise activities, plan and implement the change. The projects concern implementation of common methods and tools, e.g. IT-tools, product development methods and procedures, in all of Tetra Pak. You will have a wide internal network, interacting with our different platforms and organisations to find and communicate best practice and improve the way we work. You will be based in either Lund, Sweden or Modena, Italy.
Main responsibilities
• Manage business transformation projects with the aim to improve our global Engineering methods and tools.
• Manage project scope, risk analysis, time, budget and resource planning, communication and implementation.
• Manage project teams and external partners.
• Interact with, inform and report to reference teams, steering groups, internal experts and other stakeholders.

We value your strong personal drive and your ability to organise, plan and follow-up to deliver the projects on time with quality.
To be successful in this role, you have experience from product development and a good understanding of engineering methods and tools. Now you want to be a project manager, leading improvements, implementation and change. Project management and change management experience is highly appreciated. Preferably you have implemented IT-systems and/or engineering methods and tools previously in your career. You hold a university degree in Engineering and your English skills, spoken and written, are excellent.
