Uptime provides consumers excellent experiences for Volvo Car Group and affiliated brands through consumer relations centres. Our agents are the facilitating link between the brand, the consumer and the retailer network. Acting as brand ambassadors by engaging them with our partners' products, services and offers through the consumer journey.
Besides running operations, Uptime designs how and what our consumer relations centres operate for each partner. We secure capabilities needed and develop processes and products to realise a premium and branded customer support for our partners. Uptime operates in EMEA, Americas and China with the ambition to launch further markets in all regions.
Scope
Within the Business Development organisation of Uptime, we are looking for a junior Project Manager who will drive defined commercial projects within agreed scope, time frame and budget. You will be part of the Projects & Implementation team based in Gothenburg.
What you will do
You will lead cross-functional project teams to successfully launch Uptime's products and processes at our partners' markets. You will as well drive efficiency and growth projects to further develop Uptime's business. You will play a vital part in establishing Uptime as Consumer Experience Partner through excellence in implementation and successful handover to operations. You will contribute to continuous enhancement of the Uptime project approach and ways of working.
Depending on the project, some traveling to markets and Uptime Consumer Relations Centres might be required.
You and your skills
• 3-5 years of Commercial Project Management experiences, preferably background from Management Consulting
• Proven ability to lead implementation projects with digital interface
• Good sense for Business Development and stakeholder management
• Good understanding of digital products and services and as well as agile working methods, Salesforce experiences are favourable
• Fluent in English. Additional languages as a bonus

You have the ability to build on best practice, to quickly create results, and to easily adapt to changes in a fast paced environment. You always put the customer perspective first and have a good understanding of the challenges in the automotive sector.
