You are motivated by establishing Meeting places and developing people, that contribute to the expansion plans of IKEA Retail. That, and securing an efficient project development process, enabling better business decisions and lay the foundation for a long-term business performance for Ingka Centres, always with customers and communities in mind. Does this sound like you?
You have a good knowledge about Ingka Group on the process of Expansion, Real Estate Development and Commercial property management, such as the Expansion Process and the Project Steering Group (PSG). You understand the role of Project Management Office (PMO) Manager with coordinating, driving and following up business planning in different forums, such as PSG, Functional Business Planning, Board Meetings & Monthly Meetings.
You have a passion for stakeholder management creating collaboration and trust. Being the link (control/support) between projects and operations comes natural to you thanks to your vast experience from working with both external and internal stakeholders. This creates the foundation that adds value to new project developments, existing assets and to drive profitable growth in operations of our meeting places after handover.
Additionally, you have more than 5 Years of experience:
• on the process of Real Estate Development and Commercial property management
• of market valuation of Commercial properties
• of financial analysis of real estate investment opportunities considering investment, income and operations
• of P&L in operations
• of Business Plan process

As a PMO Manager at Ingka Centres you will be driving business growth and contributing to overall success and results through people. You will establish collaboration and trust with different stakeholders. When securing a good connection and collaboration with relevant stakeholders you will secure the involvement of the right competences at the right time.
By being transparent and efficient you will lead a team of professionals, taking the lead in maintaining and promoting a lean, simple and effective project development process, securing speed to market, transparency of business cases, investment decisions and project follow-ups.
Additionally, you will:
• Develop and be the owner Ingka Centres project development framework, have the role of the secretary of the PSG, and coordinate, drive and follow up business planning for the domain
• Develop, maintain and adapt a project development process partnering with various stakeholders capturing Ingka Centres way of working with the right competences at the right time
• Be a strategic, tactical and operational business partner, with strong analytical skills,
• Translate project/business needs into financial consequences and solutions
• Building and maintain different networks with relevant stakeholders of the project development process
• Handle a constantly changing environment with many different stakeholders and demands
• Inspire individuals and teams to accomplish organizational goals; motivate people to perform and grow by providing feedback, coaching and training
In this role you will report to Sebastian Hylving, our Expansion & Development Manager, and be based in Malmö, Sweden.
