The team at Manufacturing Engineering is seeking an experienced Equipment Engineer/ Sub Project Leader to join.
Assignment
Your main tasks are:
As an Equipment Engineer/Sub Project Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing equipment solutions for product projects, running changes, capacity projects, and non-product projects according to project targets. You will work closely with other internal engineering departments, plant engineering, production, and external suppliers to ensure that the power systems the client builds meet the highest expectations of the customers.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have/are:
• At least 3 years of work experience in the classified area
• Experience in turning and grinding and are able to lead a team to develop and install processes
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Additionally, experience in safety, reliability, and cost analysis will be considered a merit.

• Leadership qualities and enjoying taking initiative
