And now we're looking for a Project leader to be a part of our Creative Teams.
Your role in our team Organizing the work from receiving the brief to delivering the agreed creative output
Actively seek cross department information and lead workshops (sale and channel owners) to deliver creative results within brief
Actively seek customer insights to know our customer better in consultation
Continuously improve working methods within the role.
Present and recommend creative deliverables from a customer relevance and commercial perspective for all channels
Developing the team spirit and coaching team members in the delivery work team
Is this you? You believe in togetherness and is motivated by the possibility to make an impact. You also have the essential skills for this role:
Ability to coach and inspire creative teams
Flexible and open to new ideas
Ability to work with different productions in different stages of the process
Structured and able to create detailed plans and follow them up
Excellent communication skills with ability to listen. Clear communicator and able to communicate feedback in a constructive way
• 5 years' experience from previous similar role in-house or at an agency, Account Manager, Planner etc.
Experience from working with fashion and e-commerce

As you probably know, production can vary, flexibility is therefore key. You love to find solutions and good communication is of course right up your alley. Working independently, take initiatives, manage your time and meet deadlines, are all things you know well.
