We will now start the exciting journey to build this new core digital backbone for IKEA that will protect, secure and allow development of our key asset - Product Information. We will build a team that leads this transformation working very closely with our colleagues across IKEA. We will have information architects, project leaders, business analysts, user experience specialists and software engineers to name a few that lead this effort together with many colleagues at IKEA and partners.

We are looking for Project Leaders for the IKEA Product Information Management (IPIM) team.
As a Project Leader in the IKEA Product Information Management Programme you will over time work with a broad variety of topics related to building our new digital core starting with Product Master Data. You will lead projects and initiatives connected to Product Master Data Management that brings business and technology together. You will lead deliveries in an iterative yet structured way. You will plan deliveries short and mid term and relate those to our overall Product Master Data Management roadmap. You will lead colleagues at IKEA as well as partners together.
The responsibilities in your role include
Project planning, steering and follow up
Resource planning, budgeting and vendor management
Coach project team members in their assignments
Organize and facilitate meetings with stakeholders across IKEA and build and maintain strong, long-lasting stakeholder relationships.
Lead project performance/results assessment, identification of insights, document and share learnings
Create preconditions that enables inclusion of perspectives and competencies, co-worker engagement, team spirit and togetherness.
Act as a role model in regards to IKEA Culture, Values and Code of conduct.
Be a change driver for developing the business & people agenda by identifying and sharing possible future competence or business needs.
