hela Sverige We are now looking for a Project Engineer within automation for employment at our customer, a large industrial company in Finland. In this position you will be based in Vaasa and responsible for executing and coordinating automation engineering activities for Gas and Diesel Engine Power Plants. Your responsibilities
• Plan and implement automation solutions, PLC-programming and testing for Gas and Diesel Engine Power plants
• Serve as a technical reference for the project team, suppliers, and customers.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, project team members, customers representatives and other stakeholders to reach project targets.
• Contribute to professional and cost-effective project execution in line with contract specifications, budget, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Living the company 's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your background
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in electrical or automation engineering
• Experience of industrial automation systems
• Knowledge in PLC or HMI programming
• Knowledge in industrial automation networks is seen as a benefit
• Fluent written and spoken English, in addition Finnish or Swedish skills are preferred
• As person you are a collaborative problem solver with your eyes on the target
