hela Sverige We are searching for a Project Engineer to join Kedali Sweden AB. Kedali is one of world's largest manufacturer of casings for lithium-ion batteries and operates within different segments of the battery industry and as the strategic partner of Northvolt here in Skellefteå.
The Project Engineer's key responsibilities but not limited to,
• Product project progress tracking
• Product development process follow-up
• Problem-solving during project development
• APQP documentation and preparation
• Coordinating and preparing product-related customer meetings
• Support colleagues within the project department
• Other tasks assigned by the closest manager.
Competence and experience
Bachelor's degree or above in engineering and/or relevant background/certification.
At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
Excellent English skills in both spoken and written. Speaking Chinese or Swedish is a merit.
Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Strong customer-oriented spirit, the will to persist, and flexible means of handling complaints.
Good problem-solving ability, teamwork spirit, motivation, and independent working style.
Problem-solving skills and root cause analysis knowledge.
Responsibility and authority
The work requires good cooperation and communication abilities, transparency, and team-playing abilities.
• Must perform tasks according to the company's work environment conventions.
• Must use protective equipment in case it is required.
• Be able to hold a cross-functional meeting if necessary.
