www.lexenergy.seLexEnergy is expanding and is now looking for a Project Coordinator who is passionate about driving innovation and developing sustainable solutions! As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, leading, and executing projects to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. You will work closely with the operations team to align projects with installation, logistics, and scaling efforts. You will also build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other external partners, which is essential for ensuring successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, lead, and execute key projects, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery
* Work closely with the operations team to align projects with installation, logistics, and scaling efforts
* Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other external partners, ensuring smooth communication and successful execution
* Identify opportunities to streamline project workflows, optimize resources, and enhance execution
* Anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Support the deployment and operationalization of LexEnergy's solutions in new markets, ensuring smooth rollouts
* Ensure projects align with LexEnergy's scalability, growth strategy, and vision
This is a direct recruitment, which means that StudentConsulting handles the recruitment process, and you will be employed by
LexEnergy. The position is full-time and is planned to start as soon as possible.

What We're Looking For:
* Holds a business degree or similar
* Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
* Previous experience in similar roles or working with similar tasks, such as project management, strategic analysis, operations coordination, or experience as a management consultant, is required
* Fluent in both Swedish and English
* Possesses a business-minded approach and a strong grasp of customer value
* Experience in the energy sector or similar technical fields is highly advantageous
