Job DescriptionAt Ubisoft we are looking for a technically oriented Project Coordinator, to join our ambitious team working on the Avatar project. You will get the unique opportunity to work with our talented production team to ship memorable experiences for the players. By supporting, inspiring and collaborating with the production team with regards to planning, development processes, methodology, and logistics. You will succeed by driving the communication and work towards quality and schedule goals. ResponsibilitiesTaking ownership and building the detailed planning together with the team leads in order to deliver the higher level goals.Raising flags and following up when work is not proceeding as planned or when team members are in need of additional assistance.Setting up and facilitate the flow of information (e.g. newsletters, minutes of meetings, mailing lists, Jira tasks etc.) among project team members and possibly partner studiosTaking ownership of certain aspects or features of production and manage the team dedicated to theseFollowing up on production-related budget allocations. Perform basic cost / benefit analysis.Handling the inventory and ensure that the right equipment is available for the production team (e.g. test/dev kits, computers, TVs, software, etc.)When needed, the Production Coordinator will mentor employees, lead team meetings, follow up on performance and cultivate team dynamics.Collaborating with external outsourcing partners You as a person You are really passionate about games and game development and that is what drove you to the industry. You have good organizational skills and a structured can do approach to work. You have an open mindset eager to constantly learn and deliver quality in everything you do. You are comfortable with taking initiative and finding creative solutions to complex problems. You are a lighthearted person with integrity, empathy and good communication skills. Qualifications 5+ years in project management or similar experienceStrong knowledge of the Microsoft suite, including project management tools (Microsoft Project or similar)Management skills (organizational skills, planning, task management, talent planning, time management etc.)Professional experience working with game developmentGood communication skills (oral and written, formal and casual) It's a plus if you worked within AAA production Additional informationLonging to be part of a fun, creative and passionate workplace?
