We are looking for a positive and communicative person with strong skills of planning projects and associated resources. You need to have experience from coordinating work involving many team players, scheduling time slots and meeting required deadlines.
So, we are looking for you who 's thorough, efficient, structured, and experienced in bringing together various elements or individuals to complete a project in a high-quality manner.
We will count on your valuable experience and your contribution will play an important role in our business growth.
We will discuss the responsibilities more in detail, once we find you, but would like to give you a glimpse of what we want:
• Be the overall responsible person for planning and allocating required capacity by interaction with each involved functions for the customer projects.
• Allocating and set required time frame for the customer projects.
• Arrange and lead regular meetings with involved team-members for alignment in the execution of our customer projects and other defined projects in a high-quality manner.
• Responsible for booking the companies external activities
• Maintenance and ordering of supplies to the office (kitchen, office material, IT supplies etc.)
Qualifications
You would probably have a background as:
• Degree in Business Administration or similar, or relevant work experience
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills essential
• Experience in project planning and coordination
• Good knowledge and skills in MS Office
• Good verbal and writing skills in Swedish and English.
