Your future role
As a PrCCM, you will work in the delivery projects. You will be responsible for preparing, leading and managing the configuration and change management from bid preparation to project execution. Furthermore, you will work in Project Management department, reporting hierarchically to the PrCCM Manager.

We'll look to you for:
Being responsible for the application of the Configuration and Change Management process within the program/ project.
Creating, aligning, maintaining and releasing the Configuration Management Plan (CMP) including the Change Management Setup (Change Boards, R&R, interfaces, Accelerated Processes etc.) latest until end of Launch phase together with project/ program core team and ensures that plans of other functions are harmonized with the CMP and checks and updates the CMP during whole Project Life Cycle.
Creating and maintaining the Configuration Strategy and publishes Configuration Baselines and Target Configurations (consistency checking, Baseline Release Notes). Managing the Change Management Process.
Ensuring that Configuration data is recorded and documented, monitoring its compliance.
Analysing, reviewing, and maintaining CCM related risks and opportunities and ensuring Return of Experience on CCM activities.

Graduate of University Degree in any of Engineering / Project Management / Business Management or equivalent
Profound understanding of Configuration & Change Management and how its related processes such as Requirements Management, Data Management and Document Control inter-relate with the Business Processes
Experiences in Business Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Engineering and/or Industrialization
Fluent English language skills & working level Swedish skills

Ideally:
CMII certificate or equivalent
Knowledge of Configuration & Change Management related processes of contributing Métiers / Functions
Leadership skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience in configuration and change management or business equivalent (depending on assignment)
