We are now looking for an enthusiastic Project Buyer to be located in Gothenburg or Skövde. The majority of the stakeholders and suppliers you will be working with are located in Sweden but we also have the global, strategic responsibility for investment (CAPEX) purchasing with in the Volvo Group. Your main stakeholder will be manufacturing operations with focus on logistic solutions covering industrial fork lift trucks and AGX solutions.
Main responsibilities
In close cooperation with the global segment leader, drive operational purchasing activities for logistic solutions
Lead supplier negotiations
Build and maintain strong business relationships with our suppliers
Build and maintain strong relationship with internal stakeholders.
Develop and explore new business models
Drive sustainability improvements within the segment together with the segment leader and the stakeholders
Desired Education/Experience
Master of Science or Business Administration
Excellent spoken and written Swedish and English
Main skills & competencies

Holistic view and ability to be pragmatic
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to be effective in a variety of presentation settings
