hela Sverige As a Project Auditor you will guide the Project Management Teams to proactively ensure the expected project?s deliverables are fulfilled in all aspects for our final customers and stake holders. Mandated by Steering Committee Chairmen, you will perform independent project readiness assessments through project audits and you make recommendations for gate decisions to Steering Committee members.
In this position, you will have opportunities to extend widely your network, to get a complete overview of all the projects on going while reinforcing your products knowledge, develop initiatives and influence some key Company decisions.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Identify proactively potential project gate stoppers and provide guidance to project teams to close the gaps.
• Make independent and cross functional project readiness assessment through audits.
• Shows and evaluates project risks.
• Make Recommendation to Project Steering Committees for gate decisions.
• Contributes to experience capitalization and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent.
• Master Audit process and tools.
• Good understanding of the Volvo Group Business.
• Proficiency in the English language
• Ability to participate to Steering Committee and influence Senior Management.
• Software and Electrical-Electronics knowledge is considered as a plus.
• PMI certification is considered as a plus
Critical competencies and needed experience:
• Solid experience in Project Management.
• Good understanding of the commercial vehicle industry and what drives customer satisfaction.
• 10 years experiences or more in different line organizations, as a good base for Cross functional experience.
• Good knowledge of Volvo Products.
• Perceived as very supportive and creating positive and constructive climate during audits.
• Curious, able to challenge the robustness of presented information.
• Business and Customer oriented.
• Ability to assess risks in case of deviation toward a plan and to evaluate the effectiveness of proposed corrective actions.
