About the job We are a number of engaged and highly motivated people that recently have started implementing the global human capital management solution named Workday across the around 100 legal entities and 15,000 people in Alfa Laval globally. The project, called PeoplePro, will implement new people management processes for recruiting, onboarding, moves, offboarding, employee data, succession planning, compensation, performance and competency management.

Responsibilities as Project Assistant
To Support the project manager and project team with administrative project tasks, such as:
Making arrangements for meetings, presentations, workshops and trainings being organized.
Collecting data, sorting, doing simple data analysis in Excel and sending out information to team members or other stakeholders.
Summarizing meeting conclusions into visual PowerPoint presentations.
Administering project documents and collaboration site.
Who are you?
We are looking for a person that have a university degree or similar within Human Resource. This can be your first job.
You are good at working in a close team.
You are detail-oriented and thorough.
As Project Assistant you are good in writing clear instructions and good at communicating with confidence.
Fluent in English both speaking and writing
You are good at working independently with assigned tasks.
You have high proficiency with MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) (Experience also with SharePoint is a plus).
You will be part of the HR Technology & Analytics team within Corporate Human Resources. We offer a temporary position until June 2019. The position is based in Lund and you will report to the Project Manager, who is placed in Lund.
