(one-year contract, part- or full-time)
We are looking for an energetic, service minded and Spanish speaking "doer" who will join our team in Stockholm. As our new colleague, we believe that you are enthusiastic about working in a team setting, managing multiple tasks and is comfortable working towards deadlines and results. You will be based in Stockholm but required to travel from time to time.

As a colleague of our Programme Management team you will: Support project activities, timelines, budget, reporting and resource allocation in various programme countries. The role likewise includes travelling, preparations for conferences and other meetings, organizing events such as seminars or trips. The ideal candidate will be energized by the opportunity to build and develop new ideas into existing programmes. You will work cross-functionally together with the rest of the NIR-team.
Experience, Competencies and Skills
Required:
At least three years of demonstrated project management experience, including organizational skills, attention to detail, record keeping and process management
Fluent in Spanish, English and Swedish, written and oral communication skills
Desirable:
Previous experience working in international business and/or NGOs
Experience of monitoring, visualization, and collection of results (Excel skills)
Language skills in addition to Spanish and English
