hela Sverige We are looking for a highly experienced Program & Project Manager to drive large initiatives across SAS IT & Business. The successful candidate will have a strong background in change management, program leadership, and digital transformation across both Business and IT. They will have a deep understanding of both agile and waterfall working methods, and excellent presentation and communication skills.
Key Tasks:
• Plan and execute activities to advance a project or program based on business requirements.
• Establish governance and work processes
• Reporting and presentations at an executive level
• Ensure timely and budget-friendly deliveries
This role is set to start within immediate affect and is as a consult via Adecco. Initially the role will go on for 6 months, for the right candidate there are chance of prolongation.
Required Skills & Competences:
• Strong experience in change management, program leadership, and digital transformation across both IT and Business.
• A team player who can motivate and energize peers, with a proven ability to foster a highly collaborative work environment.
• Strong business acumen with prior experience interacting with senior business stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Background as an IT project and program leader with interaction with business stakeholders
• Strong understanding of both agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Fluency in at least one Scandinavian language and English.
