Job Description

We are looking for a Program Manager with hands-on experience of driving projects in an agile product organization, always focusing on what is best for the customer. Join our dynamic and forward-thinking community as a Program Manager within our Tech Program Management!

As Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex cross-cutting initiatives, involving many parts of our tech function as well as the global business organization within H&M Group. These initiatives typically require a wide range of activities from business development to tech implementation, including new product development as well as coordination of participating teams across the Group, of which many are distributed globally. The job often includes strategic analysis as well as technical and functional development. This is a great opportunity to be part of the Program Management function and our community. You will play an important role in continuously developing and refining how we work and collaborate as a group as well as in delivering our initiatives.
Your tasks might consist of:
Leading, managing and executing large cross-cutting projects, involving colleagues from different areas and teams across the tech organization and functions. Examples of projects:
• New warehouses.
• Global rollouts of ERP systems and other large platforms.
• Expansion to new countries for Online and Store.
• Improvements in our global supply chain
• Strategic development of customer facing capabilities for Online and Store.
Collaborating with business stakeholders to achieve complex changes that require synchronized activities.
Being responsible for planning and preparing the roll-out of programs in countries, coordinating both with regional stakeholders as well as program stakeholders, ensuring alignment on dependencies and timelines.
Taking ownership for planning, issue handling and all kinds of project management activities, all adapted to the agile environment within our Tech function.
Taking an active part and contribute to the Program Management community.

Qualifications
You have great leadership skills and believe in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. You are no stranger to giving feedback, providing inspiration and motivating others in their day-to-day work. The work is executed with a focus on value creation, growth and serving customers with full ownership and accountability. The goal is always to achieve outstanding customer value and business results. In addition to this, we're looking for someone who has:
5 + years of experience of leading program/projects with multiple stakeholders on several organisational levels.
Proven track record of planning, ensuring delivery and progress follow-up of large-scale projects/programs.
Strong familiarity of Change Management methodology. You understand the bigger picture and work to improve the cooperation between our Tech organization and other stakeholders at H&M Group.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively adapt messages to diverse audiences.
Strong proficiency of Stakeholder Management and engagement, with experience of forming alliances and bringing together multiple stakeholders to execute a common mission.
Experience leading and coaching people towards a common goal and having an act-learn-adapt approach.
Great prioritization- and planning skills to enabling a wanted outcome.
Retail, e-Commerce and omnichannel processes and IT solutions experience is a plus.
