We are now looking for a Development Program Manager to secure Ericsson technology leadership and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for product development. As a Program Manager you will deliver a SaaS service to market covering the development and operational readiness end to end across the full product lifecycle
Responsibilities:
Release of the DM Service
Multi-Site Development Work
Facilitate Co-Creation activites with lead customers
Collaborate closely with IoT operations and product managment team to ensure one ericsson aproach
Drive and implement buseinss and development processes
Transparent approach to governance and reporting
Deliver on time and within budget
Key Qualifications:
Education: Technical Degree
Min years of experience: 10
Domain experience: IoT, Cloud, Virtualisation
Customer Insight
Business Understanding
You will need excellent Project and Program Management Skills
Coaching & Mentoring Skills
Negotiation Skills
Formulating strategies and concepts
Action orientated problem solver
Hands-on approach to driving the program with strong sense of ownership
