Program manager/Global Trainer Systems and Electrical
Job Summary:
As our products become more and more complex in the areas of systems (connected services etc.) and electrical we need to strengthen our team with a Program manager/Global Trainer who is responsibility to develop technical training material for Volvo CEs Systems and electrical platforms and to globally educate our regional trainers. To perform trainings on demand from our sales regions is also a duty included in this position. The office is located in Eskilstuna and the department consists of about 10 colleagues.
Main job responsibilities:
• Responsible for development and maintenance of technical training material for Volvo CE systems like operator assist systems, diagnostic/maintenance tools, telematics and electrical platforms
• Perform technical trainings globally to the regions technical trainers, product specialists and mechanics

Who you are?
You are an outgoing person that already have some knowledge in the areas of systems and/or electrical and are overall interested to learn about new technologies. The ability to share knowledge among colleagues and to the students is also an important asset for the candidate. Furthermore you should be able work in a global multicultural context.
Requirements:
To be successful in the role you have:
Mandatory:
• Technical understanding in some of the areas of systems such as operator assists systems, diagnostic/maintenance tools, telematics and/or electrical platforms.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
• Excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
• Pedagogical orientation.
• Good adaptability and willingness to work independently and in group.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 35 % of working time.
Qualifying:
• Skills in Swedish and other languages
• Knowledge about the automotive industry
