Are you an analytical and creative coordinator with interest in the digital and great at creating events ?
MultiMind is currently looking for a program coordinator for a Growth Engine program for one of our clients within the IT-sector. This is an initial 12 month consultancy opportunity with chances for prolongation.

The role The goal of the program is to inspire and activate SMBs to digitize their businesses. In this role you will work with Marketing, PR, Policy and other key stakeholders to ensure every initiative is well thought-through and executed, captures the imagination of our audience, reflects the magic of the company brand appropriately.
Responsibilities
Work with internal stakeholders to produce Growth Engine initiatives, and work within agreed budgets to deliver end to end support for initiatives and events, from invitation management to onsite support and post-event follow up Manage relationships with external agencies / production companies / vendors to receive value for money Produce events to include budget management, event production and logistics from development of content, promotions, presentations, graphics/multimedia and other event-related marketing materials, to technical projects, such as audio/video production, lighting, and staging (where relevant) Analyse programs for effectiveness; conduct post-event reporting and ROI analysis Develop ideas for initiatives & events to build relationships with our most important stakeholders and partners Manage external communication e.g. website Business development and outreach to local organizations to collaborate with on our Growth Engine initiatives
Who we're after Minimum Qualifications Exceptional project management skills
Management of large scale events BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record Experience in marketing and events Experience with business development, partner management & stakeholder management Experience leading efforts across disciplines/working with a team as well as independently. Outstanding written and oral communication skills and strong organisational skills Strong analytical skills required and proven track records in managing ROI campaigns and measurements Fluency in English and Swedish
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with and insights into SMBs Management of events targeted to policy makers and key opinion formers Understanding of online advertising, mobile, and web publishing markets An interest in and a natural curiosity about technology and digital
