As a CRM integration consultant you will implement our CRM integrations for Apsis' clients, perform tailored CRM workshops, trainings and presales work on a strategic and technical level. You will be responsible for ensuring that each customer is equipped with the right knowledge to get the most out of our solution.
Your role:
Data creates possibilities! And for Apsis clients, an optimized data integration can allow highly data-driven marketing. They will be able to communicate with their customer on a relevant level. That's why we are looking for a strategic, creative and solution oriented person to secure implementations both in terms of technical capabilities and data optimization.
You will work closely with our Integrations manager, engage in customer implementation cases for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce and SuperOffice. Further you will manage projects and help customers become successful. Other responsibilities include:
Plan and conduct customized workshops together with customers and partners
Participate and drive presales activities
Being available to the customer for ongoing questions about how to use the solution and advise on marketing best practices
Get familiar with Apsis API's/Web Services
Keep up to date with CRM and other data integration developments
Place of work:
The position is based in our HQ in Malmö. We need you to be flexible to occasionally travel to our other offices as well as to customers' sites, primarily in the Nordics.
Skills and passion:
You have experience in or are currently working within the CRM and/or digital marketing area, perhaps focusing on Dynamics CRM, Salesforce or other CRM systems as an application consultant or super user. As a person you are keen to increase your knowledge of various technologies. You enjoy working independently as well as in a team and love to share your ideas collaborately and do not fear untried grounds. You enjoy a fast-paced working environment that constantly evolves.
We expect you to be fluent in Swedish (written and spoken) and have good communication skills in English. Other languages is a plus since our clients are found all over the world.
We also think that you:
Have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
Have an overall good technical understanding and interest of how to apply clients requests based on platform functionality
Are well familiarised with API and/or other type of data transfer protocols
Have experience in consulting and/or project management
Have client facing communication skills
Are well disciplined, self-going and structured
Are curious and driven by learning and developing yourself
