We are now looking for a Product Manager.
Job description:
As an integral player in the team you will contribute to Epidemics overarching strategy to Soundtrack the world, and continuously align our product's vision and strategy accordingly
You are responsible for building and leading a world class team, including critical roles within product management, design and user research
Lead, align, prioritize and evaluate product initiatives measured in terms of user- acquisition, experience, retention, lifetime value, and revenue.
Identify and deeply understand the target users, partners and markets. Play the leading role in evaluating market trends, industry and competition strategies to drive product positioning.
Who are you?
You are a passionate problem solver who wants to help build tools that can challenge the business and likes to transfer business needs into technical solutions and vice versa. You are eager and open to learn with the ability to connect your role and impact on the larger picture of the company vision.
Other skills we think you have:
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a growing and fast-paced product-focused company
The ability to lead in complex and uncertain environments and thrive when you drive change
Proven track record with applying an innovative growth mindset, using data and insights to identify ways of removing barriers
Experience collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders within an organisation
Experience with leading and coaching others
Fluency in English
Merit to those with significant experience from a growing tech company
