Your Responsibilities
Conduct a multitude of recruitments for various production positions, such as production workers, welders, painters, winders, warehouse workers, quality controllers, high voltage testers, and more.
Develop tailored recruitment campaigns to attract qualified individuals specifically for our production at Power Transformers in Ludvika. This will require creativity and the ability to think outside the box to find the right talent.
Implement effective methods and channels to attract production workers.
Collaborate closely with line managers and human resources to build partnership and relationship.
Maintain close cooperation with temporary employment agencies. This will involve tasks such as recruiting temporary workers, renewing contracts, and coordinating the circulation of monthly records.
Prepare reports and summaries of your current work, providing valuable insights and updates to stakeholders.
Your Background
You have previous experience in recruiting for manufacturing positions as well as knowledge with recruitment tools.
Basic understanding of labor laws to ensure compliance in recruitment processes.
Innovative and hands-on mindset with the ability to find new recruitment solutions and strategies to attract top talent.
A team player with the ability to collaborate and work closely with colleagues and stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills and ease in building professional networks.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Native-level proficiency in Swedish, with good verbal and written skills in English.
