Join us to take a key role in the Planning and Fulfillment Team of Smart Power Electrification Sweden. Our team is looking for a talented and passionate candidate to work within Production Planning Management.
The right candidate thrives in an environment where you will have great variety in tasks and multitasking is one of your greatest skills. You enjoy working with others and have excellent communication skills, but you are also great with numbers and data analyzing. In this role, you will impact and drive the development of the planning function forward together with a highly dedicated team.
Your responsibilities
Be accountable for ensuring high delivery performance by planning and prioritizing in our production to ensure high delivery performance.
Drive and create production schedules to maximize efficiency, the use of resources, meet production specifications and schedules to ensure uninterrupted production and meet customer demand.
Cross-functional collaboration between departments and within Integrated Production Unit, IPU.
Agile mindset by adapting and updating production plans.
Establishing the sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipment dates in line with the master plan.
Monitoring performance, identifying root causes of any deviations, and implementing relevant improvements.
Actively drive and participate in various continuous improvement projects.
Your background
You have a university degree within relevant field or 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Supply, Demand, Production, MRP or Inventory Management.
Problem-solving, and open-minded attitude thriving in a dynamic environment where no day is like the other.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English with the ability to prepare and deliver concise understandable information to co-workers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Self-motivated personality who finds it easy to establish new relationships.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
Excellent experience in Microsoft Excel.
Experience from working with production planning, SAP and Power BI is a merit.
