In this role, you will become part of our successful production team within High Voltage Products. We are a leading player in the development, manufacturing, and sales of high voltage products for the transmission and distribution of electrical energy. Our manufacturing units include surge arresters, circuit breakers, capacitors, instrument transformers, and other related equipment. We also offer services that ensure the performance of the products and extend their lifespan.
As a Production Manager, you play a crucial role in ensuring that production runs smoothly and cost-effectively while meeting high standards of quality and safety. Your work includes strategic, tactical, and operational management to ensure efficiency and competitiveness. You have overall responsibility for the Surge Arrester Factory and lead Production Leaders within the production section. Maintaining a constant focus on safety is a natural part of your role and an important trait for success in the role.

How you'll make an impact
Lead and develop the production area within the framework of "prioritized workflow."
Drive the development of production systems, technology, methods, and tools.
Ensure that production follows internal instructions and work descriptions while promoting continuous improvement and working according to LEAN principles.
Responsible for personnel and work environment within the area, including compliance with laws, agreements, and company values.
Manage the total budget for the production section and conduct salary and employee appraisals with direct reports.
Ensure that the production section meets set goals and communicate these to all employees.
Your background
Engineering education or equivalent work experience.
Experience in a leading role within the manufacturing industry.
Excellent leadership skills, as well as knowledge of group development and conflict management.
Strong knowledge of efficient production (LEAN).
Good knowledge of digital tools (e.g., Office suite, PowerBI, BoardsOnFire, TIA, SAP).
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
