We are looking for a new colleague to take over the position as production engineer at the Manufacturing Engineering department with experience of polymer technology and injection molding. As a process engineer you will mainly work towards our cuvette production and be responsible for driving improvements and commissioning of new production equipment, leading and performing process validations as well as being a support function to development projects.
Your responsibilities and tasks will include:
Subject matter expert for polymer technology i.e. molding processes, tooling etc. Participate and/or lead improvements and process development including process validation To act as a support function to development projects Design and perform measurement analysis using statistical to improve the manufacturing processes Perform process validations according to existing routines
Qualifications
Experience from the following areas is required:
3-5 years of relevant work experience Education in or work experience from polymer technology/ injection molding Experienced in process validation Knowledge of statistical methods Experience from commissioning of process equipment Highly organized and ability to work independently
Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing are essential, experience of working with injection molding and process validation is a merit.
