For customer trainings the main goal is to give an understanding of how to maintain and operate the DP platform and applications in order to:
1) give the best possible utilization of our sold products
2) decrease the use of support on SmartTrust products
3) raise an interest in the full product portfolio and as such promote other Giesecke & Devrient products from a technical perspective, with a commercial awareness.
For internal trainings the purpose is to give employees a good knowledge of our product portfolio (both high and low technical content) depending on target group. The job includes being able to travel on short notice every third week.
The Demo Manager?s objective is to guarantee a stable Demo environment with quality demos in order to help increase sales. The purpose is also to support Sales/TAM staff when running the Product demos.
This is mainly a Product Managing role, to plan and roll out upgrades in line with new product releases, manage Demo SIM cards and subscriptions as well as work on improvements regarding the Demo Portal documentation.
Key responsibilities:
• Collect product information and compile pedagogic, high quality training material, including hands-on exercises per product area.
• Give product administration training to external customers
• Give internal product trainings to ST/G&D employees - both low and high level technical content.
• Produce product training material, hands on exercises and packages for streamed, on-line e-learning courses.
• Work together with Product Managers to ensure well documented and high quality demos per Product segment.
• Document and keep track of Demo SIM cards and subscriptions
• Plan and roll out upgrades in line with new product releases
• Support Sales/TAM staff using the demo platform
The job requires:
• Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer science or Engineering
• Good Unix and Oracle competence
• Proficient in English
• At least 3 years experience in international customer facing roles
• Extensive experience in delivering customer presentations
• Strong Technical knowledge and the ability to understand Giesecke & Devirent SmartTrust product portfolio in detail and 3GPP/GSM mobile technology in general
• Handset and SIM card knowledge
Desirable:
• Telecommunications industry experiences
• Experience in how to administrate and operate Giesecke & Devrient SmartTrust DP8 platform
• Experience of producing training material for technical SW environments
• Teacher education degree
• Proficient in Swedish
• Other languages - German, Spanish, Portuguese
