Product Support Specialist - Customer Engagement Platform
In Lynk & Co the Customer Engagement Platform team is responsible to provide tools to Lynk & Co employees that enable us to deliver an efficient, personalized, and contextualized end-user experience.

What you'll do

• Day to day business application support and operations to business users

• Provide consultation and initial analysis for support questions towards customers and stakeholders

• Support and conduct end user trainings and creation of training material

• Manage incident process for your product area

• Own and develop incident management and problem management support protocols and processes for the team

• Analyze and identify problems and propose possible solutions to the dev team

• Liaise with other business application specialists for other internal applications and escalate issues to them if needed

What you should have

• Startup and open mindset

• Proactive communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative environment

• Previous knowledge in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (troubleshoot, access management, etc)

• Hands-on and willing to make things happen
