hela Sverige We are now looking for a Product Supply Planning Manager to Sobi, with responsibility to ensure supply of products to the market.

The position is based in Solna, Stockholm.
Job description
The Supply Chain department within Swedish Orphan Biovitrum is responsible for the finished goods manufacturing, purchasing and distribution of Commercial pharmaceuticals.
Manufacturing is performed externally by contracted manufacturing units (CMO's), and purchasing of Sobi Partner Products is performed worldwide. The product portfolio is distributed through the Global Distribution Network, also managed by the Supply Chain department.
As Product Supply Planner, you will be responsible to ensure supply of products to the market.
Main areas of responsibility:
• Manage the forecasting to maintain availability levels at the central warehouse and the subsidiary warehouses to ensure that the financial interests and regulatory requirements of the business are being met by maintaining stock at the optimal level of service in all hubs.
• Creating shop-orders and distribution orders and ensuring that the ERP system is reconciled in a timely manner.
• Proactively report and manage product availability issues and supply bottlenecks
• Executing IPR-replenishment
• Monitoring of sales
• Refill parameter reviews
• Execution of established phase ins and phase outs
• Coordination with responsible M&S people in each respective market
Qualification
The person we are looking for has relevant education containing inventory management/inventory control, operations planning, supply chain management.
To be fit for the role you have some experience in supply chain, with focus on inventory management, demand and supply forecasting processes and life-cycle management preferably from pharma industry. Further you have experience working with ERP system and excellent excel skills.
As a person you hold a high level of structure, methodology and analytical skills. You feel comfortable working in a role that combines tactical and more operational matters. Further you are collaborative, have a high level of responsibility, flexibility and strong communication skills.
You have excellent written communication skills in English,
