The desired candidate should have:
Experience in and be comfortable with making decisions based on hard and soft data
Knowledge of and interest in the Retail industry and particularly the processes of operating in physical stores and online and experience in sales and payments are beneficial
Experience in CRM/ cloud-based technology platforms
Experience with Agile or DevOps development practices, particularly owning and running agile events such as backlog refinement and sprint reviews
Insights or competence in working with Objectives and Key Results.
Competence and experience in developing/writing user stories in Jira/Confluence with quantified user benefits.
Experience in conducting market research to achieve a good understanding of customer and co-worker needs and expectations.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and can make decisions in a timely and effective manner using sound judgments
Curiosity in innovations, tools and practices that could improve digital Product Management
A data-driven approach to decision making, both in day-to-day management and in making strategic trade-offs

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US

The Product Specialist supports Product Owners in making tactical decisions by reviewing and interpreting stakeholder needs & requirements, by measuring, analysing, and reporting on the performance of digital products.
You will:
Support Product Owners in strategic and operative decision-making with analysis results and insight.

Serve as subject matter expert for product teams providing insights, context, and additional information as needed to help the understanding of what is required
Work with co-workers & stakeholders to understand and quantify in-depth their business and technical needs, their requirements and in cooperation with Product Owner include and integrate into the product
Interpret and share understanding of requirements/needs with product team/s, provide context, as needed to ensure that what they develop, and deliver is what is expected from consumers.
Test, measure, analyse, follow up and report on the performance of the Digital Products against business goals and digital objectives/key results
Be responsible for all product related analysis, utilizing customer and product data
Prepare education material and conduct training sessions for Co-workers & stakeholders of digital products' benefits/functions, the current development state, and the intended roadmap.
Support Product Owners in writing JIRA user stories and documenting product details in Confluence and other systems.
Work crossfunctional to ensure that the agile teams have sufficient product insights to maximize the delivery of digital products.

The Sales Order Interaction Management team within Selling area is driving an inspiring and challenging digital modernisation of the order management landscape
We have high ambitions where we want to redefine the backend solutions that supports financial systems, products online, mobile applications and products used by Co-workers in our stores. You will join an area which is requiring change management mindset, an area that is evolving and is strategically important and currently consist of 6 digital products with multiple interactions across different domains.
Any insight and/or experience in current Ingka order management systems are favourable.
In this role you will report to the Product Team Leader for Sales Order Interaction Management at Ingka Digital, Customer domain, Selling.

This role is in Malmö.
