Contract & Location
Permanent position, full time.
Preferably Stockholm, but Budapest or Hong Kong could be considered as well.
Organisation & Role
The Product Sourcing Organization (PSO) in Electrolux is responsible for the sourcing of products that are not produced in our own factories, but by third party suppliers. We want to make sure our sourcing partners and the products they produce for us are meeting the same high standards we apply to our own facilities and products - for our customers, our employees and for the health of our planet. To support this important mission, we are looking for a Sustainability Analyst within the Product Sourcing Finance team. You will synthesize sustainability data regarding our sourced business into KPIs and other reports to ensure transparency of our progress versus sustainability targets and support our organization and our suppliers with the initiation and tracking of actions that will ensure we deliver our ambitious Sustainability roadmap. In this role you will work closely with the Product Sourcing Sustainability lead, your direct colleagues in the Product Sourcing Finance team, sustainability analysts in other parts of Electrolux, our internal customers in the Business Areas (BAs), our suppliers and other partners that support us with our sustainability mission.
Tasks & Responsibilities
As a member of the Product Sourcing Finance team and a business partner to the Sustainability Lead you will:
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of data collection processes, data quality assurance methods, data analytics & reporting for Sustainability in Product Sourcing, ensuring the provided information is meeting the standards set by Group Accounting and external auditing bodies
• Execute these data collection, quality assurance, data analytics and reporting processes for Sustainability in Product Sourcing on an ongoing basis
• Support the CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) supply chain module reporting and improvement processes
• Support the implementation of IT tools that will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sustainability analytics and reporting tasks
• Enable Data-Driven decision-making processes and collaborate on target setting for Sustainability KPIs within Commercial Sourcing, Consumer Experience Areas (CXAs) and Business Areas (BAs)
• Support competence development in Sustainability metrics and reporting within Product Sourcing and in the Supply base
• Collaborate on, and take part in stakeholder meetings to report progress, drive improvements, and/or alignment of sustainability and business strategy
• Follow external and Electrolux internal developments in Sustainability reporting, global reporting frameworks and standards and support to translate them into new KPIs and targets for the Product Sourcing organization and its Supply base
Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar
• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sustainability or similar
• Knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI or other data visualization tools
• Genuine interest for sustainability and the connection to business
• Ability to manage complex tasks and challenges in a simple way
• Ability to work independently and take own initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Creative analytical skills
• A strategic mind and ability to identify new opportunities and translate them into actions
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Meritorious
• Experience in working with Sustainability metrics
• Experience with big data analytics tools
• Chinese language skills
