What you will be a part of
Support and Services, a business area of Saab, supplies a wide range of services and integrated support solutions to customers in defence and on commercial markets for cost-efficient support of systems and platforms throughout their life cycle.
Saabs's vetronics equipment can be configured for a wide range of applications - from complete system solutions for heavy fighting vehicles to simpler solutions for lighter vehicles and the deployed soldier. You will be a part of the unit Vehicle Systems which includes sales, development, production and support of advanced electronics and sensor systems. The section Product Sales is responsible for the units marketing and sales.

Your role
We are now looking for a driven and smart Product Sales Responsible with an educational background that includes technology and finance. We believe that you have a university degree or equivelent.
In the beginning of your employment you will enter a steep learning curve by providing support to your colleagues by performing tasks such as calculation and bid management. You will be based in Malmslätt, Linköping where all your colleagues in the sales team are based, as well as all core operations that are part of our department.
Your task will be to identify and capture new customers on selected international markets by marketing and sales efforts. Our world class solutions and systems are developed within department Vehicle Systems.
The work includes the development of new marketing material, meeting customers, bid and contract management and business negotiations.

Your skills and experience
You have extensive interest in existing and new technologies as well as business development. You are a self starter with a creative business mind. You have a solid ability to work both indivually and as part of a team. Most likely you have a degree in engineering. It is very valuable if you also have an education in finance/business admininstration. You have the ability to maintain focus on details while also grasping the big picture.
Our market scope includes customers in several countries, so you will have to display cultural awareness and be flexible. We expect that you can travel extensively and that you do not mind to work irregular working hours.
We believe that you have a strong will to continuously learn and develop both as individual and your business acumen.
You are fluent in english, both in writing and speech.
This position includes access to classified inillegalTagation, therefore you are required to conduct a security screening in accordance with the Protective Security Act and be approved for security clearance by the authority.
