Rocktec, a division within Atlas Copco Rock Drills AB, have implemented Lean Product Development and we are now looking for a Product Portfolio Manager with responsibility to e.g:
Perform product planning
Market intelligence, like competitor benchmark and analysis of customer needs
Compile and analyse the market intelligence data to find projects that will add customer value and business value for AC
Set project goals and build business cases for project
Support our customer divisions with input to marketing material and product training
Experience, knowledge and personality
We expect you to have a master degree in a relevant field and experience from rock drilling business. You must have a proven experience from Project Management and knowledge in Lean Product Development is an asset.
You are open minded and self motivated team player, with good understanding of how he/she contributes to the overall result
Good analyst and ability to listen
Good communicator, must be able to communicate customer needs in a clear and pedagogic way
Business oriented
Takes initiative when seeing a risk in meeting deadlines
Identifies the positive side of change
Ability to demonstrate efficiency
Ability to cope with pressure and setbacks
Balance between long term strategic issues and goals with short term priorities.
Keep commitment, seek feedback to continuously drive customer satisfaction
Feel accountable for overall business results instead of single action objective
A very good knowledge of written and verbal English is required.
Willing to travel 50-75 days per year
