About the position
As our new Product Owner Online tools and Services, you will be part of the Global Online team with the overall purpose of driving online sales and brand awareness.
The Global Online team drives the development and maintenance of the global online platform to efficiently support our growth ambitions. Strong focus is on eCommerce and to grow organically on a global scale across our categories.
The team has today two Product Owners; Product Owner CMS and Product Owner PIM. We are now looking to strengthening the team with an additional Product Owner who will be responsible for our integrated tools and services such as Product Syndication tool, Mediabank, Social sharing etc.
As Product Owner you will define and execute the Online tools and services roadmap, work with the business to understand the consumer needs, transform these into requirements, prioritize and manage the product backlog.
You will be responsible for driving best practice and to ensure we use the tools and services to the best of their potential, making sure they serve the needs of our customers. Internally drive usage, give advice and support.
Your profile
To be successful in this role you have experience and proven success from managing and implementing online services with strong elements of both IT and digital communication. Experience from eCommerce is an advantage.
You hold a degree in informatic or another relevant field. With 5+ years of experience you have a fundamental understanding of digital tools and media as well as solid hands-on experience of working with digital channels across the board.
You are used to working in an agile environment, experienced in defining requirements, prioritizing, and driving development with external vendors.
You have experience from integrating with 3rd party online services and a technical understanding of systems and technologies involved in the digital solution landscape (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript or similar).
You know how to work with PIM, CMS (we use Sitecore and Sitecore commerce) and online marketing tools. You have good project management and communication skills and can drive internal projects across departments and countries.
We assume that you are a well-organized and structured person with a pragmatic and prestige less approach. To be a self-motivator and driver with a getting it done mentality is a given. A good level of verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and an ability to work in a flexible and quickly manner in a dynamic and developing environment.
