The position Product Ownership in Cambio is on an exciting journey to adapt to our new product portfolio and challenges as we take a stronger position in terms of product and service ownership. We are seeking a Development Manager to lead this journey together with the Product Owner team at Cambio R&D.
In this role you will drive the work to align and define the Product Ownership role, ways of working, and interfaces with the rest of the Cambio organization.You will work closely with Product Managers and many other teams of the Cambio organization.
As line manager and leader, we expect you to build, mentor, and lead our R&D Product Owner team while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Today we have Product Owners located in Linköping, Stockholm, and Colombo.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in Software development roles, including experience in product management aspects, tools and methodologies.
Great Leadership and team management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Place of employment: Linköping or Stockholm

Scope: Full time
