Do you want to take part in defining the future of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) in the heavy vehicle industry? Then this is the job for you!

We are looking for a communicative, customer-focused, strategic, and technology-driven Product Owner to help us lead the ADAS function development going forward. You will be part of the Driver Support Functions team, and the functions that you will drive and develop are Lane Keeping Systems, Pilot Assist and driver monitoring functions.

What you will do

The main purpose of this role is to manage the development and maintenance of the ADAS functions during their whole product life cycle. This includes developing new concepts and solutions to meet the current and future needs of our customers and understanding how our functions impact the customer and affect their work environment.

Performing your work, you will be part of an agile function development team and steer them by refining features and prioritizing the backlog, as well as enabling development of ideas from within the team. You will also have regular communication with Product Management, Product Owners, internal and external customers and other stakeholders to get a holistic view of needs and status. You will take part in strategic decisions concerning how to develop our products and oversee the product roadmap for your specific area.

We deliver our ADAS platform to customers globally. You are expected to bring in relevant information from our external and internal customers and be on top of competitor news and performance, as well as staying up to date with current academic research and regulatory developments.

Further responsibilities include:
* Balance different product requirements.
* Creating and following up of time plan towards delivery for the function/area.
* Building and maintaining the team's backlog with input from stakeholders.
* Defining relevant acceptance criteria, based on data and facts.

Requirements:
* Master's degree in engineering physics, automation, signal processing, mechatronics, electronics, computer science or similar.
* 10+ years of experience in automotive function development, preferably within ADAS.
* Experience in embedded systems and software development, with a solid understanding of system architecture.
* Knowledge of control systems, algorithms, signal processing, and filter design.
* Understanding of vehicle dynamics and control principles.
* Proficiency in systems modeling and simulation techniques.
* Experience with sensor fusion technologies.
* Familiarity with continuous integration practices and tools.
* Awareness of functional safety standards, including ISO 26262.
