We are looking for a bright and driven person to join our Call Reduction Squad. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.

What you'll do
Call Reduction is a central part of our Service & Support Tribe. Our aim is to reduce customer pain points, improve efficiency in Customer Support, and drive the digital shift in service and support -the fundament of a healthy and growing company.

As Product Owner, you define the strategy and the vision of the squad and how reach the targets. You are the main stakeholder of the squad, have a clear vision of where the squad is going and communicate this to the squad. In your role as Product Owner, you are responsible of maximizing the value of the work of the squad and delivering on KPIs, and you are empowered to prioritize and make decisions within the scope of the squad.

You report to the tribe lead of Service & Support and you work closely with the other Product Owners of Service & Support, as well as teams outside the tribe.

Your work tasks include:
* Define and communicates the strategy and vision of the squad
* Plan ahead long term
* Responsible for delivering on the KPIs that are set together with the Tribe Lead and defines the roadmap for how to reach them
* Ensure that the team is fully staffed with necessary competence and defines the set of necessary competencies and capabilities in the squad in cooperation with tribe and chapter leads
* The link between the organization's stakeholders, the customers and the squad
* Understand and anticipate the customers' needs
* Understand and order/highlight data, product, IT (or other) development needed in the future for succeeding with the squad's mission
* Typically participate in the daily stand-up, Sprint Planning/Review, Backlog refinement, retrospective and PO sync
* Communicate status externally

Accountable and responsible for the Backlog. Backlog management includes:
* Backlog items are clearly expressed
* The Backlog is maintained
* Prioritize the items in the Backlog to best achieve the squad's goals and missions
* Ensure that the Backlog is visible, transparent and clear to all, and shows what the squad will work on next
* Ensure that the squad understands the items in the Backlog to the level needed

Who are you
To be successful in this role, you have an engaging and strong leadership, with strong analytical skills and a collaborative and decisive mindset. Experience in Telenor's business area is an advantage; a structured approach is a must. It's also an advantage if you have previous experience of Customer Service.
