Our team has today the responsibility of the Scania Driver App and our mobile app solutions for Fleet optimizations. Looking ahead where a mobile first experience is key to succeed in our digitalization journey you and the team need to work with the mobile development strategy enabling our organisation to deliver an omni channel experience where mobile devices and even integrations towards our vehicle is key.
Tour tasks
You will work closely with the development team, ensuring they have a suitable amount of preparation work to do. This means planning and prioritizing product features in the backlog and continuously developing the product. You will also work with user support and incident related activities, to ensure that our services are up and running.
You will be part of a product lead team, which has joint responsibility for the product vision, roadmap and finding business opportunities. In this team, the current focus is on the Scania Fleet and Scania Drive app delivered in both an Android and iOS version and to work with our mobile strategy to really extend our digital solutions in a seamless experience all the way to the Digital Drive Workspace in the truck itself.
To make sure we build the right stuff we need to understand our customer needs so you will be working closely with our UX and CX designers researching and analysing data from the market needs and the user's requests. Working cross functionally within Scania together with other product owners, product managers and other departments ensuring will be part a natural part way of working for you.
Your profile
We believe you are great at interacting with customers, always seeing their needs and transforming them into real value. You are a brave person who doesn't focus on the obstacles thrown your way, but instead on how to learn from and overcome them, and your courage helps you to take decisions and drive in a certain direction. Your curiosity drives your learning and openness toward seeing things from different perspectives. You should enjoy and see the benefits of working in a team. And we also expect you to be a great communicator who can bridge the gap between technical details and business lingo.

If you have experience from working with transport operations and software development that's a plus, but your go-getter attitude will be what is valued the most.
