The department Intelligent Machine Platforms is now looking for a talented leader for the role Product Owner Advanced Operator Assist Systems to join us on this exciting journey and contribute to our important work.

As a product owner you will have responsibility of the life cycle for the Advanced Operator Assist Systems and make sure that our development teams create as much customer value as possible. You will work closely with different stakeholders as well as the development teams. You will own the product backlog and prioritize and optimize the improvement efforts.
Qualifications
We are looking for you, with good leadership skills with the ability to engage and unify the team towards a common goal. You also have good understanding of the business, the stakeholders and the development of advanced operator support systems. Furthermore, your good knowledge and experience in agile methods are desirable. Also, the ability to drive change and continuous improvements are valuable. You have a bachelor or master's degree in computer science, mechatronics or similar.

The Intelligent Machine Platform department is based in Eskilstuna. We are globally responsible for development of advanced operator assistance systems and enablers in automation solutions for construction area. This includes everything from safety assistance system, Apps to monitor and improve operator and site productivity, semi-autonomous features and remote-controlled machines. The development is driven in close cooperation with other functions in Volvo CE and Volvo Group.
