hela Sverige As Product Owner for Payments & B2B Solutions at Stena Line, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of digital products that support our payment platforms, financial flows, and B2B customer offerings in the Travel Commercial domain. You will ensure secure, seamless, and compliant payment experiences while enabling efficient digital tools for our B2B partners.
Working closely with development teams, Finance, Commercial, and B2B stakeholders, you will translate business needs into high-quality digital solutions that support Stena Line's customer journeys and operational efficiency.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for payment solutions and B2B platforms.
• Align product development with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and partner needs.
• Prioritize and refine backlog items, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with development teams during sprint planning and delivery, ensuring high quality and secure outcomes.
• Act as the main interface between IT, Finance, Commercial teams, B2B sales, and external payment providers.
• Use data and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve payment performance, partner adoption, and user experience.
• Ensure compliance with security standards (e.g. PCI DSS) and support stable, reliable financial transactions.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably within payments, B2B systems.
- Strong knowledge of digital payment processes, APIs, third-party payment providers, and B2B integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex financial or technical requirements into clear, actionable features.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
It's a plus if you also have:
• Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent.
• Experience with payment compliance (e.g., PCI DSS), security concepts, and financial reconciliation processes.
• Background working with B2B systems, partner portals, or contract-based customer solutions.
