What is the job about?
In this position, you lead a team of cybersecurity specialists in shaping and operating our cybersecurity products and capabilities. With a holistic view, you also take responsibility for the entire product lifecycle - from strategy and vision to delivery and business as usual operations and subsequent improvements and alterations - enabling us to develop strong and effective cybersecurity capabilities that proactively meet the needs of the organization.
We're located at our new and modern office at Gasverket in Stockholm and offer you to work part of your time remotely.
About you
To thrive in this role, you have strong customer-centric product leadership skills and the ability to navigate in complex environments. With your excellent communication and networking skills, you build relationships and can clearly express your ideas in dialogue with stakeholders and teams; enabling you to drive the cybersecurity products forward and in line with business needs. With your insight you understand the value and significance of great cybersecurity products and how they unlock opportunities in the business.
We also believe you require the following knowledge, skill set and experience:
Subject matter expertise in the Cyber/Information Cybersecurity space in terms of the relevant technologies used in the organization (Zscaler, Firewalls, InfoBlox, MS Defender, Rapid 7 etc.).
Thorough understanding of industry standards and best practice such as NIST and ISO 27001.
Agile practices and mindsets.
Relevant IT-degree or certifications (ISACA or similar).
Fluency in English, knowledge in Swedish is highly beneficial.
