We're looking for an exceptional Product Marketing Manager to plan and execute initiatives that will help drive the growth of our various products. Your responsibilities will include nailing product positioning and communications strategies, translating innovative features and functionality into compelling consumer language, outlining and executing important go-to-market projects, and more. Excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills are essential for this role, coordinating cross-functionally within and outside of Product to drive real and sustainable impact.
What you'll do:- Combine strategy, creativity and execution to help drive the growth of our various products.
• Develop the product marketing plan, budget and outline of key marketing activities for the year.
• Drive the design and execution of marketing programs with channel managers, creatives and sales to ensure cross-channel alignment, initiative timing, messaging & tactics.
• Work with Analytics and Product teams to set targets for, track and improve customer acquisition and activation campaign performance (e.g. CPA, LTV and ROI).
• Help develop our product marketing playbook. You'll be instrumental in generating ideas, testing, documenting, and optimizing the marketing activities to establish a framework as we scale.
• Develop cohesive written materials, including product marketing plans, messaging strategies, creative briefs, FAQs, merchant testimonials and more
• Implement, manage and optimise customer lifecycle across growth and retention marketing tactics including email, programmatic x-sell / up-sell and in-product promotion.
• Ensure we build and leverage owned content and channels to connect with customers, build conversation and support initiatives.
• Build and scale the product marketing team.
Who you are:- You have a passion for the tech and marketing space.
• You are a self-starter and team player with at least + 5 years of experience working in marketing.
• You can prioritize high impact activities and keep complicated projects moving forward, working across cross-functional teams.
• You have excellent communication skills: written, verbal and visual.
• You're willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done. Most importantly, you're a team player who thrives in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience within product marketing or product management obviously a bonus.
