Job Summary
Are you ready to create a profit driving story based on customer acquisition, retention and high value output? We're seeking a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. With your solid business acumen, you will be the driving force behind designing how a Marketing-influenced sales pipeline can transform our future state to nurture growth in the three businesses at Tetra Pak.
You will be playing a crucial role in enabling capability within B2B Digital Marketing execution and ensuring our success together with the market companies. You will also be leading global B2B product marketing strategies and planning.
In this role, you will report to the Product Marketing Director. The location is in the EMEA region, preferably in Modena or Lund, or where Tetra Pak has an office. The role will require providing support across different time zones on need basis.
What you will do
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be defining and articulating value propositions, prioritizing B2B digital marketing requests to support the 3YP from the Business Units, and effectively developing strategies in B2B digital marketing to generate sales leads. You will work with local markets to implement frameworks, templates, and best practices. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Main responsibilities:
Digital Marketing optimization: Optimize digital marketing processes with a sales-driven mindset, bringing continuous improvement and strategic ways to achieve objectives within the Sales Plays. Account Based Marketing Core project team member and building this capability with the Digital Marketing champions.
Product Marketing for the Business Units: Prioritize solution/product marketing needs together with Product Management and market needs via Market Growth roadmaps and Sales Plays: What to promote (products & solutions), Where to promote (key markets for each strategic initiative), to Whom (locomotives selected by the markets/channel partners, key segments from on installed base analysis etc) and How (digital marketing, including Account Based Marketing, and traditional off-line marketing activities). Also includes our strategic product communications. You will be the main contact for our network of Marketing Champions.
Marketing Leads Management: Secure process governance and alignment with other functions (Communications, Sales, Sales Management) to improve Marketing-sourced leads to opportunity conversion. Build and maintain dashboards for performance tracking.

We believe you have
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Over 7 years of Marketing experience with a proven record of executing Digital Marketing campaigns in a B2B company.
Proven ability to create and implement Digital Marketing processes and frameworks for Account Based Marketing programs.
Proficient in Marketing Automation tools, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Account Engagement. Having a Salesforce certification is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, focused on clarity and assertiveness, together with the ability to effectively convey ideas.
Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory. Additional languages are considered an advantage.
